Beaver restoration in Britain is a long-term project but there have been some significant steps forward.
What impact are the beavers having?
Around Britain, beavers are regenerating our landscapes. Their wetlands create homes for numerous plant and animal species. They build flood defences, water filters and mood-boosting green spaces. They regenerate landscapes and protect against drought and wildfire.
